Room very tidy and nice, we had a good nightrest. Very nice rooms. But on arrival we expected that the restaurant was open, but it was not for the weekend. Therefore we needed to go outside for dinner. Breakfast was not ok, the floor of the breakfast room was dirty and had a bad smell. Also the trays were dirty and not cleaned. The breakfast itself was ok. But the experience resulted in that we will not fast will book again at this hotel.

During our stay of 3 nights in this hotel, we realised how important it was to have a staff that was always there to help whenever we encountered any issues. Once our room had an issue on a leaking shower, we really appreciated the hotel staff Samuel’s immediate assistance in changing the room for us. Another occasion was that we encountered the problem of power failure in our room (probably due to short circuit), Samuel was there again, helping us to fix the problem at once. We understand that anything can happen during our stay, however it means a lot to customers how the staff tackles the issues. We could feel that Samuel had put himself in our shoes and tried to do whatever he could to make our stay as pleasant as possible. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Samuel, for his professionalism, sincerity, patience, sense of humour, and his assistance all along. Merci beaucoup!
