firstly the room looked bigger on pictures , we walked in and room was tiny the shower looked like it was in a cupboard. then after more looking around we realised the room wasn’t very clean , multiple stains on carpet , hand prints all over the walls , and the desk was very dusty and dirty .

The evening staff Ms Amina is great, friendly welding and proffesional. The Hotel is beautiful and had an amazing time at Bokan.

We had breakfast in this beautiful place , not even know about it. The food is very delicious and you have multiple choices.I was served by Rebeka , i request gluten free breakfast.She was very professional and she make sure i have everything ok. Also we was with our son , she was so kind she offer him paper to draw like that we can have an unforgettable breakfast.Thank you Rebeka for your kindness and very professional service.

Perfect for the O2

We needed somewhere to stay when we were going to the O2 for a concert. I was a little hesitant about booking at Canary Wharf as it was the other side of the river but it was so easy. Just a 10 minute walk to the tube station too. Our room was lovely, the bed was extremely comfortable
