We stayed one night on our trip to Queensland. Booking in was easy and the took very little time. We were assisted to our room and were told everything about the room. We were in a pool view room which was very large and fantastic views of the resort. Our room was large and a king size bed and very large TV with all channels needed. Great room with plenty of room. Tea and coffee included. We had dinner there that night and the service was exceptional. The lovely lady making the coffee at the bar deserves a special mention. Brilliant service and our coffee and hot chocolate were made to perfection. She is a six star employee. Nothing was a problem for her and even during our dinner She came to our table topping up our drinks and ensuring everything was OK. Sure was and with personnel like her working there our stay was memorable. Yes, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED AND WE WILL BE RETURNING ON OUR NEXT VISIT. We also recommend if you are staying join the Accor membership for extra benefits.

It was a value package with a food voucher, drinks, breakfast, and late check-out. The Resort needs some 'love' to refresh the rooms, outdoor furniture, and missing pool tiles. It was well located, had awesome dining, a wide range of breakfast options, and 'very average coffee'.

Would have been nice to have a shuttle from there to the coast taxi got expensive didn't relize it was so far out
