Clean comfortable room with good facilities

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Tea/coffee facilities were good with complementary bottles of water in the room when we arrived. Hand wash and shampoo in the bathroom but shower could have been better by having a door/closed in cubicle as when the shower was on the water leaked out over the bathroom floor and we had to use towels to stop this happening. In room safe was convenient to store our valuables. Receptionists were helpful and polite in helping with any problems.

Booked a budget double room for my daughter & I to enjoy a little city break. Hotel is clean, tidy and our room for exceeded our expectation, especially the bathroom as a larger lady. Easy 45 minute wander from Centraal Station or hop on the tram to Albert Cupyart for about €4, 10/10 would recommend anyone to stay here.

Compact room but well located for the Di Pijp area

A nice, clean and comfortable room. It was good value and very well located to the De Pijp area. The room was quite compact - as someone who is 6ft I could only just fit in the bed between the two walls. The inclusion of a kettle in the room was welcomed, compared to many European hotels, but could have done with some milk sachets. Got 2 bottles of water included. The reception team were friendly and helpful. There was a bit of confusion when I first arrived - the photo is not the entrance to the hotel - that's on the other side. A lack of a bar or a chill out area in the hotel was a shame.

Newly renovated entrance and lobby. Rooms are small but updated and very clean. Staff is gracious and welcoming. The location is great — close to museums, restaurants, canal tours, etc.
