Hotel is well located and front desk service was excellent with very friendly and helpful staff. But chamber service could be much improved - only 1 towel was provided on the day we checked in; cotton pads weren’t replenished after first day; body soap ran out after 2nd day and was replenished as well, the extra pillow in the cupboard smelled terrible (as if it has been used but cover hasn’t been changed) so we couldn’t use it at all and the stinky pillow also stunk out the cupboard it was placed in so we couldn’t really use the cupboard as well. This was our 2nd time staying here and it was an overall disappointing stay.
