My wife and I spent time on the QLD Northern Beaches and decided we would move into Cairns and stay at the Pullman Cairns International for 4 nights before flying home, we enjoyed our stay immensely, we are Accor Members and were offered an upgraded to a higher room at minimal cost. Also having the Accor Advantage Club card allowed us to enjoy fabulous food for both Breakfast and Dinner in the Coco's restaurant. Conveniently located within walking distance of the many attractions the City of Cairns has to offer. I would highly recommend this beautiful Hotel.

I love staying here most of the staff are great and friendly and helpful. Raz checked me in he was great. Ben at the Bar is always friendly and good to talk to. We got our plater that was good not like before stale biscuits and cheese. The room was clean and tidy and in a great location close to the restaurant and city. Thanks to the manger that looked after us again as I rang late one night and Raz rang bk the next day with it all sorted. cheers I appreciate that.

Are you looking for a 5-star hotel in Cairns? The Pullman Hotel may seem a little worn out, being 35 years old and yet to be renovated, but it is still clean and well-managed. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the hotel offers great services to make your stay memorable. During our stay, we experienced some issues with the telephone system, but Ms. Junko, the front desk staff, quickly assisted us and upgraded our room from mountain to sea view. We were impressed by her thoughtful gesture and pleased with the level of service provided by the hotel. As GOLD members, we expected to benefit from a late checkout, and although it took some time to arrange, Ms Laurene Martin, the front desk manager, graciously responded to our feedback and extended our late checkout to 4 p.m. Frequent business travellers like we appreciate this level of service, which is why we keep returning to the same hotel group whenever we travel. We enjoyed our nine-day stay at the Pullman Hotel and look forward to visiting Cairns again and staying at this lovely hotel. Hopefully, it will be updated by then. Hahaha. So, if you're looking for a great hotel in Cairns, look no further than the Pullman Hotel. It is also a convenient locality with lots of amenities surrounding it. Many good-quality restaurants are within a 10—to 15-minute walk. We plan to revisit Cairns and stay at the Pullman Hotel.
