Staff are very cheerful and check in is very smooth and easy. Rooms are large, clean and well appointed. Only disappointment was no availability of room service for food or onsite restaurant (except for Breakfast). Breakfast was delicious.

Room was clean spacious, Cafe was beautiful. The staff were lovely. I did find it frustrating that the gym didn't open until 7am making it hard to work out before needing to go to work. Location worked well for me. I had a mug that had a chip on it, I don't care about that but I did notice that every day it was in my room so I was wondering was it just rinsed in my sink which I can do myself or was it cleaned in a dishwasher.

Not a 4 star hotel in any aspect. Ok 3 star at best. Overpriced.

Room was clean and tidy, staff friendly and welcoming. I't would be good to have a microwave or a way of heating food, as there is no in-hotel restaurant or room service.
