I only stayed for very short but it was still a good stay. The room is new, neat and bathroom is clean, allowing me to have a good night rest.

The hotel is well located, nice and clean, but unfortunately the front desk personnel did not take very seriously my request to have an iron, even if I asked twice and they promise they will call me to tell me if I can have it or not, and is not nice to use the same shirt for 2 days in a row

I stayed for 2 nights, the price of the first night was doble that the second night for the same average room.

Alentejano101 TripAdvisor review

I went to the reception to make a reservation for my family for one night for the next month. The receptionist said "hmmm its very expensive"... strange... usualy sellers want to sell, not the opposite. Then I said I want to proceed with the booking anyway and asked for the cancelation policy. The answer was: until 24h before its free to cancel". I gave all the details and suddenly she said "ohh I'm sorry but in fact you have to pay full ticket now" no reason was presented. It was stated something 5 minutes earlier. It appears to me that the receptionist did everything within reach to avoid the booking. Unpolity and unclear. Not recommended.
