The room had no towels - as the room has no telephone I had to go downstairs to ask for them. Internet connection is barely functional - it only works only for whatsapp messages, making internet browsing and sending emails impossible. Shower temperature and overall tidiness are both fine.

I did stay at Ibis hotel in Chile and was really happy with that stay, that's why I choose Ibis this time again. This time I was not happy with the room. The bathroom was really small, it have a small step to get in and out of the bathroom which increases the chances of a fall. The bathroom door is made of glass and is not aligned and bangs every time you leave or enter the bathroom, increasing the chances of a a door break. The Crew was very helpful and educated ! The kids bed is above the main bed. My wife almost hurt herself when getting up from the main bed. It was my experience this time at Ibis hotel.

Upon entry to the room, there was garbage candy wrappers located above a frame on the wall, the floor was sticky to walk on and someone had left remnants from their nose wiped down the wall above the bunk bed. Wifi was critical to connect to home and for working remotely but was non-functioning during our stay. Confirmed issue with other residents met and having attempted to connect with multiple devices. Overall very disappointing as had high hopes would be great.
