Good bed and bath experience, not much more than that

Staff is very friendly and was able to provide assistance timely. Bedroom was fine, with clean linen and towels. Low points were internet connection, which was very poor by the night, and elevator access that require card scan and cards very often lost their magnetic component which prompted visits to reception.

The location is great, but there are a number of similar hotels around with better services for the same rates. Despite the very polite personel, the hotel finishing is very poor (carpet, curtains etc), with less than adequate commodites: there are no power sources close to the bed so you cannot charge your cell overnight while having it handy, the TV only shows free/basic channels (4 religious and Globo), the shower door was broken, they do not offer hand towels, and won't lend you a cup or glass if you need it.

Systems down at check in. Keys unprogrammed every day. No silverware at breakfast. Very slow invoicing. Very slow customer service. I will not stay here again.
