Family room for a baby and a young toddler was on the top floor with no lift! Had to make multiple trips due to pram!! Rooms are dated and dirty. Swimming pool is dated. Food is nice but we waited 1 hour 30 mins for ours! My children were beside themselves! Breakfast was nice. All in all not worth the money and needs urgent attention

Stayed here as attending a black tie function here. Young lady on reception when I checked in was friendly and helpful. Directed me to the lift and described the exact location of my room. Room had plenty of natural light and was amply big enough for one with room to store my stuff. Wardrobe had doors which I find is a plus these doors. On the downside there were no drawers, which I prefer to have, and no safe. Also no usb port to plug in my phone - although I came prepared for this by bringing my adaptor. Staff at function were friendly and efficient and meal was very good although I prefer my seabass with a little more seasoning. For those visiting the area Leeds Castle "the most beautiful castle in the world" is only a mile away.

I'm here right now and I can say this is one of the worst hotels I've stayed in in a long time. I have hardly slept as the room is boiling hot with only a tiny window but I can't get any air because if I open the curtains, I'm overlooked by several other windows. They did not supply water in the room so I've had to call reception for a bottle of water. Overall, the price is extortionate. I would rate this a 2-3 star hotel not 4.... Very disappointed

Found the hotel easily, able to check in early. The room itself sufficed but was a bit small for 2 and a bit dated. However it did have an ironing board and iron and was very clean. Lovely grounds for a walk. Nice Restaurant and Bar area. Staff very friendly and efficient in the whole of the hotel, even put on the football on request. Food lovely!
