Overall it was a nice experience. The ambience and cleanliness was good. There were just a couple of things that I wanted to point out which could improve the experience. First the paper slippers should be replaced everyday. Secondly, it would be a lot more comfortable for your Muslim guests if you could add a bidet in the toilet. Rest everything was fine in my experience.

The location of hotel is perfect , however rooms are not spacious and there were no space to keep our luggage. We stayed in Ibis for 3 nights , the cleaning service was provided once when we requested for it . However cleaner didn’t refill toilet paper and we had to “hunt” for it , we called to FD and requested, but nobody brought toilet paper and we found another housekeeper at the corridor and took it from her. Besides, after cleaning one of rafaello candy was missing;))) we had empty bottles in room , but it wasn’t removed as well . Overall experience was good, however some questions about housekeeping service. Girls at front desk were very polite and professional.
