The location is very convenient. There are public transportation stations near by, shops, supermarkets, pharmacy, bank, cafe, restaurants. Rooms are small but clean and cozy. Staff is friendly and helpful. The spa and gym are good. It's actually kinda comfortable, if you are traveling with kids and want to work out. The window of the gym is overlooking at the swimming pools and you can keep an eye on kids. There is a steam room and sauna. Water in both pools is kinda too refreshing, in my opinion))). Food is nice, not many varieties but tasty. And daily they change some items. There is a cozy corner on the reception with beanbags, x-box or PS, don't remember exactly, coloring pencils and printed sheets to color, massage chairs (with extra charge) and a Foosball. My kids loved staying there for a little while after breakfast, or in evening before bed.

All good except super long check in due to self admirating employee at the front desk - Irina. What made me unhappy - she lost time control and instead of doing check-in job in a balanced/efficient/respectfull to everyone way was too much focused ...no not on the guests ..she was focused on herself being very self-admire. I first time saw such an errogant person speaking faslely polite to the foreigner guest and same time talking down to the rest guests in russian reminding them how they need to behave while waiting. Frankly i can put anogther 10k signes of the feedback about those check-in giving exact words what she said but have to go. Novotel Kievskaya is amazing place mainly because of people and staff who works there thus watch out about employee like Irina not to miss first moment of true for all newcomers from both sides

The place is clean and nice and near to metro and mall. However the internet is slow and always down. I reported it 2 times but looks like they dont know also what they will do. I have no choice but to use my roaming data. Over all the stay was ok and relaxing, down side is if you need internet dont stay in this hotel
