Stay in in Novotel never disppointed me. You always get what you expected for. The hotel is clean, up-to-date and convenient. The staffs are very helpful and give you some extra hospitality especially at the bar. I stayed alone during my business trip and I went to enjoy my welcome drink benefit at the bar. The staff there are very energetic and friendly. Also when I asked for late check-out upon my Accor Plus benefits, the front office staff graciously gave me late check-out at 17.00 on the very last day of stay. Which was superb.

Well located, just in front of Impact Arena. Very good room, worth the money.

Good services overall as Novotel's standard. Especially the security lady at the front who is in charges of car park. She's so polite & provides info.where to park ; the carpark building by the hotel. She is the 1st impression. Receptionist - it would be better if she could speak "how may i help you?" with clear pronounciation.
