Overall, my stay at the hotel was below expectations. The lobby felt cramped and the entrance lacked cleanliness. Unfortunately, we were unable to obtain extra pillows, and the room, bed, and bathroom were all notably small, which wasn't adequately conveyed for a budget hotel. Additionally, the breakfast offered seemed to reflect a low-budget approach. I hope these points can be addressed to improve future guests' experiences.

We do not understand your comment regarding the missing of extra pillows as we have the proof that the reception gave you an extra pillow, while it is not a service we normaly give. It is indeed correct that our rooms are designed for efficiency and streamlined for the budget-conscious traveler, which is reflected in the room and bathroom dimensions. We are disheartened to learn that the bed comfort did not meet your satisfaction. Our mattress and topper combination is typically appreciated for providing a quality sleep experience, and we regret this was not your experience. We also wish to assure you that our heating and air-conditioning systems are designed to offer individual comfort, and we're sorry if this aspect did not reach your personal preference. Our team takes great pride in the cleanliness of our facilities, and we are concerned to hear that this was not evident during your stay. We strive to maintain high standards, and we regret if we fell short in your eyes. We also understand that a peaceful environment is crucial, and while we have invested in double soundproof windows, we apologize if any external noise impacted the tranquility of your stay. We loved how quiet and comfortable the rooms were and also the breakfast in the morning.

Ok for a short stay

All in all the experience was good for a short stay. What disappointed me is the fact that for the breakfast there was no other bread as toast bread. If you google the hotel you see pictures with different bread rolls, which are also more healthy than toast bread. The choice for the breakfast was very limited, I expected a little bit more.

Booking App Confusing

I wanted to stay here on Friday 29th April and leave on the 30th April. I went onto the All Accor app. On the first screen, it asks "where do you want to go?" and "when are you leaving?". I put in the date I was leaving, the 30th April, and booked. Afterwards I realised the wording on the app was incorrect and I had booked the day after I had intended. Even though the All Accor app was misleading, the hotel refused to move the booking to the correct date.

Overall very good accommodation. Good beds, clean rooms and very good receptionists (help, polite and multi-lingual). However, the breakfast could be much improved in its quality.
