Dear S., Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. Firstly I apologies for any inconvenience caused during your stay. Our reception team will be available through the whole day at the desk. Sometimes there may be cases were they need to attend to othe guest requests and leave the desk unattended for few minutes. There will be a sign put up at the front desk when they have to attend to such requests. I am not sure what you mean by you heard private conversations, but to keep you informed the back office is not for private use as the management and admin tasks are being done in there. However, I will for sure investigate on this and make sure proper standards are used in such cases. Our car parking is paid parking and yes we got limited space available. If you heard my team saying its not available is because it is fully booked. But you always have the option to use the street car park which is free on availability. We apologies if you felt our service was not helpful, in such cases there's not much we could do but offer alternative street parking to our guests. Our rooms are designed to have low lighting, but you always have the option the use the bed side lamps which will brighten the room more. I'm not sure what you mean by there's no lights in the shower area. We checked your room and the lights do work in the washroom. Are you referring to a light inside the shower cubicle? I do agree wifi has been an issue during the past few days, we have already contacted our IT team to rectify the issue and get it fixed as soon as possible. We usually do not change bed linen everyday, but if you wish to do so, you need to put in the tag "Change bedsheets" and housekeeping will change it for you. Or you can even inform reception to get it done. Again I do apologies if this has caused you an inconvenience during your stay and we do apologies if we haven't met your standards and expectations.
