Very convenient for an overnight stay right at the airport, just opposite the international terminal and a 10 minute walk to the domestic terminal (or you can take the free shuttle bus). The room was clean, comfortable, spacious and nicely decorated The bar and restaurant service was good. We would definitely stay again.

Six-night stay on account of work around the airport area. The room was well appointed and very comfortable. All staff were friendly and courteous, and were very helpful when dealing with bag storage. Breakfast had a reasonable selection, but unfortunately this was completely unvarying throughout my stay. It would have been good to be able to choose something new and different on some mornings. The salad bar was particularly poor--one even had to ask to get some salad dressing. While I appreciate that many guests would be staying be for just one night, that seemed to be the 'excuse' under which the kitchen operates.

I enjoyed my brief overnight stay. Staff were efficient and friendly. Location was great because I could walk directly to International Departures. I would definitely stay again.

I had checked out of the hotel on the 10th of May from room number 1124. I had left my long black coat on the bed. Within 20 minutes of checking out, I called the front desk and talked to the duty manager about my coat which I left behind and was assured that it would be posted back to me. I could not go back to the hotel since I had a flight to catch. On Monday, May 13th this was the email I received: "Regrettably, housekeeping cleaned your room after you departed the hotel and not able to locate the black coat you mentioned was left in the room. I just got back to the office today and have double check again on our lost property, nothing was found" from Muna White. I would stress that this incident is theft, specially since I was able to inform the front desk and duty manager of the coat I left behind within 20 minutes of check out. You may wish to monitor the CCTV footage of me wearing the coat when I cam back to the hotel that morning after my meeting at around 11-11:45 am on the 10th of May. This does not speak highly of your staff who seem to be dishonest and are tarnishing the reputation of your senior management and the hotel
