1. The shower in room 818 would suddenly get very hot for a few seconds. Very annoying and a bit dangerous. 2. The bed was hard 3. The AC was set on 16, but the temperature in the room never got below 27 4. The breakfast did not have an egg/omelet station available like other Ibis hotels. Only one big pot of mushy scrambled eggs available.

All good. Just the day when i check into the room there was a strong body oil scent smell. Feed back to front desk and the team addressed the problem within a short period of time. Good job to the team. Breakfast was all good. The nutella dispenser was new to me so that's good too.

Upon checked in, notice a group and not sure if guest rooms same as floor with group. Usually hotel gives groups allocated floor which different floor with commercial guests. I was given the floor with a group talking loudly at the corridor.
