Comfortable Hotel Extremely helpful staff centrally place. Only downside parking. Being both disabled it was a long way from the local underground Car Park,. First night difficult to know the nearest area of the Car Park was nearest to the Hotel.

I paid for a late checkout and I have the extremely rude lady banging on my door and interrupting my sleep. She didn’t take the time to check on her computer to see that I’d. she woke me up and made me leave the room, after checking and realising that I’d paid for the late checkout she smiled and said ok. She showed a lack of humanity and no remorse and not even an apology. I regularly visit Sint Niklaas and regularly stay in that hotel. Poor service and felt treated like a second class citizen as if I didn’t matter and had no value
