OMG THIS IS A HEAVEN HOTEL. Every single person of the team made my stay absolutely wonderful. Their smile are so genuine and sincere. I'm falling in love for them that I will love to take to Brazil with me. Special thanks for Ms. Kwan, Mr TaLay, Mr.Bank, Ms Aun, Ms Bui and Ms. Peppky. You guys are amazing!!!!!!!! The Hotel theme designs they’re going with are cool because it really gives the vibe of an old european building. Beside that, the service here are pretty good, especially the staffs here are very friendly and nice. Would love to comeback here again with my family.

That staff at Muse hotel are very nice especially the staff at the breakfast. They are very helpful , we ask if there was this specific food but we did not expect that they cook it immediately and voila they serve it😊. Although the decor of the hotel is dark, atmospheric and quite theatrical, our room was huge, clean & comfortable. The staff were very friendly and warm especially the wait staff. We would like to single out Khun Bank and his team for their great service.

The service staff at the Muse Hotel is very courteous, friendly and always with a smile. The breakfast buffet is extremely extensive and, above all, varied. Something new is added every day and there is a wide selection of Asian and European dishes. The beds are very comfortable and nothing is missing. Special thanks to Mr. Bank, Mr. Talay, Ms. Paky and Mr. Karky from the service who attended our Family including our 11 months old daughter extraordinarily well.
