Excellent hotel. Clean room with practically new furniture. Spacious bathroom. Very comfortable bed. Adjustable air conditioning, large TV and very soundproof room. I had dinner at the restaurant, very good food and beers. In the hall there is also a corner for making various purchases such as drinks, snacks, sweets etc etc. Attentive and kind staff.

Hotel property and restaurant excellent while check-in and front desk were bad; do not recommend

Flight arrived early so I booked the night before so I could check in very early; they gave my room away despite me paying for it and couldn't put me in a equivalent room. The response was "there's nothing we can do about it now." Then, they tried to check me out a day early despite me confirming my departure date multiple times at check in; they even wrote the correct date on my key folio. Thankfully, I was able to extend my stay and have a place to sleep, but I had to handle straightening it out. They charged me a 2x higher rate for the first 2 nights and half the rate for the third. I tried to understand why and the answer was "I don't know, that's just what your invoice says." Despite trying to get clarity multiple times, I still don't know why. Stay somewhere else.

Hotel is in a good location for travelling, near to the train station so quick transfers to Schiphol. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

My staying was good enough with this hotel because high quality room and facilities. However, here are some problems. 1) The reception desks were crowded and process by staff was too slow. It was very stressfull. 2) Location is not convenient to dine outside.
