I am a gold Accor member but was charged twice as much as my friends who are silver members, they then got upgraded to a spa room......for half the price I paid. Then I paid $40 a night for parking but none was available in the property so I was pushed to the Wilson parking down the road and around the corner.....Wilson parking was advertised for $8 a night. So unless your prepared to refund me $500, expect me to cancel my accor membership and never stay at an accorr property again. I will also give the same feedback to American Express.

Our trip was for the golf, the room was great, clean and spacious. Bar on Friday and Saturday night was good for a quiet drink before dinner. Noise from local bar live music until 4am was the only negative.

Very nice hotel and bar/restaurant. I was impressed with the service of the staff at reception and the restaurant. The entry level room was better than expected and also very quiet for a Saturday night

Well located but too noisy!

Unfortunately the stay was marred with heavy nightclub noises of ‘doof doof’ sounds till 3am. Being a busy weekend, no movement was available (staff too lovely to be upset with them). Paid top dollar for a very average stay.
