Hotel was clean, staff were helpful, and it's in a great location for all the city centre & riverside attractions, but our room on the 10th floor was so hot and stuffy that we couldn't sleep, even with the window open (it only opens a small distance due to safety). The 'air conditioning' is so feeble it made no difference even when set to 10 degrees. Wouldn't stay here again unless it was the middle of winter, as it was far too hot to sleep. Breakfast was good but expensive (£13 for continental breakfast, £18 for cooked buffet) Swimming pool was nice but very small, so unless you're lucky enough to find a time when it's empty you won't be able to swim as it's too crowded.

Stayed for 3 days during work trip. Perfect location- close to train stations, shops, bars, restaurants and local attractions. Room was spacious and clean. Great swimming pool and sauna facilities. The negative point was my view from the window - windows of adjacent grey buildings from all sides:( Would definitely stay again when visiting Liverpool.
