I was asked to pay a 20 euro deposit for the hairdryer at the reception desk. However, when I returned the hairdryer when checking out, they said I've already returned it and resists to pay back my deposit. The person on duty dealed with this problem very poorly, knowing that I was in a hurry to catch the train back home, which was very dissapointing.

While our housekeeping is available to maintain the standard of cleanliness our guests expect, it appears we fell short in this instance. We understand the importance of addressing any concerns promptly, especially when our guests have pressing travel arrangements. It is disappointing to learn that our staff's response did not alleviate the situation, and we will reflect on this feedback to ensure a more efficient process in the future. Some noise at night from the street and from the corridor. Otherwise, good value for money. The room is ok, the reception is nice.

The hotel is very closed to the rail station. Family room with minimum services, but confortable. The breakfast is regular.
