It's very basic but it is a budget hotel. If you want luxury go to the Crown plaza.

The room was simple, good enough for a one night stay. The only issue was our air con system in the room was not working making it quite warm. I paid for the breakfast too, this was also very simple but the milk and yogurt products were not chilled and I did not enjoy having warm cereal. The reception staff were very friendly and I was able to request more toilet roll with no problems.

A fantastic cheap hotel located in a perfect location! The rooms are basic yes, however it’s extremely clean, power shower and the staff are outstanding and always go above and beyond! A special shout out to Emma who is always a joy every time we visit! I wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting Birmingham! Thank you as always. Rhys & Jason

Wanted to charge extra for early check-in, despite the room being available when I asked. Parking gate closed when I returned late on a Saturday night, so I had to go in search of a place to park in an unfamiliar city. Room was really basic with no amenities (like making a cup of tea).
