No extra pillows, worst sleep

Asked for extra pillows on check in as ones you get are super thin. Told that they had no extra ones left so knew it would be a bad nights sleep from then on and I wasn't wrong. Woke up lots in the night and had a stiff neck and back pain in morning.

Tried this area or spot. Easy from train sta. Enjoyed my room in tidiness & comfort & shower. Lovely Team with a smile & compassion. One of my best 5 days in Birmingham. Love you all. Chxxx💛

It's very basic but it is a budget hotel. If you want luxury go to the Crown plaza.

The room was simple, good enough for a one night stay. The only issue was our air con system in the room was not working making it quite warm. I paid for the breakfast too, this was also very simple but the milk and yogurt products were not chilled and I did not enjoy having warm cereal. The reception staff were very friendly and I was able to request more toilet roll with no problems.
