It's disappointing to hear that your initial room was not up to standard and that you found it cold, damp, and dark. We're glad that our front desk staff were able to provide you with blankets and a heater to make your stay more comfortable, and we're sorry for the inconvenience caused by the shower door and running toilet in your initial room. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we worked to address these issues by upgrading you to a bigger room. However, we regret that the new room was also not satisfactory and did not meet your expectations.
