In general I was satisfied, the room was clean and spacious, the place was nice and quiet. The omly problem was that the customer couldn't set the temperature. The heating was not enough, to my standards.

We stayed here for 1 night. The room was lovely. As we arrived late we decided to eat in the restaurant. Unfortunately, it was fully booked although we were able to sit at the bar. It is a lively spot with a DJ and 2 very serious mixologists. It took some time to get their attention to order a drink. It might a consideration to have a server for the bar area as the drinks seemed to require much time to prepare. Front desk staff was very friendly when checking out. However, although we had requested an early check in, we had to wait for some time to get into the room.

I have traveled for work and leisure for over 55 years. The staff at Novotel Den Haag World Forum was outstanding. They were all attentive, skilled, able to resolve problems, and genuinely kind. One rare quality in hotels: they appeared to actually enjoy their work.
