Well located place, next to the train station to Western Australia. Less than 30 minutes walk to Schonbrun palace and in the opposite direction is Ringstrasse in 20 min. My room was convenient and I think it was upgraded to larger one. It was clean and in good condition.

Conveniently located next to transport hub, but falls short on several important MANDATORY criteria of the 4**** Hotel Stars it advertises with.

We booked a Superior Room for a 2 week stay, because of disability and the length of our stay especially paying attention to the room's equipment. We relied in this on the 4**** qualification and pictures of such a room. As it came out, the pictures were idealised in several aspects such as seating, work desk, available light: the equipent shown is not available in every room of this level, and/ or not available at all. As to the Hotel Star criteria: not even the for ALL star levels mandatory guest directory was available in the room. One is supposed instead to scan a QR-code (necessitating possession of the right digital quipment, in working order, and digital skills). Nobody told us in advance nor at check-in, and in the room it also is not indicated. We had to go back and ask. Not a single physical printed directory was available, just in case: 'we have gone all digital'. AND on top of that, in the room the all-important QR-code was nowhere to be found. Yes, there is one stuck on the mirror, but only for registring for All Accor membership. Comes out the code was supposed to be on a loose slip of paper, which should be lying around (but wasn't), and at the reception I was told they were out of stock and they would have to order a reprint. Boy oh boy... And this is JUST ONE example of missed mandatory Star critera. I better stop now, before getting all worked up (again) !
