I am surprised that your staff cannot see what I have purchased and paid for. On the day before check-in, you send me an email that I must check in online. In your confirmation to me after online check-in, it says that my room is ready at 15. I have purchased early check-in at 10! I thought breakfast was included but it wasn't. I think that you should make this very clear when booking a room with you. On the last day we could not get access to the room even though I had paid for access to the room at 16. We had to go down to reception and your staff stated that they could not see it directly in their systems, but when they checked elsewhere, they could see it. It seems messy and chaotic that you have no control over what your customers have paid for. I did not expect that from a hotel of your caliber.

During our stay the water was turned off and then brown water was coming from the taps. There was No access to water for a few hours. There was no warning the water would be turned off and when I called reception I was told it was maintenance and no time frame of when the water would be back on. I have two children under two, access to clean water/ and or notice would be expected in a hotel like this.

Beautiful swimming pool with friendly staff Rooms comfortable if a bit dated

Our hotel does offer ironing facilities upon request, and we also have an Iron Room on the second floor available for guests. Regarding the room condition, we continuously strive for excellence and take your comments seriously. While we maintain our rooms and amenities with great care, we understand that some aspects may have shown signs of wear. Overall was an okay stay...the rooms are nice and the bed is very comfortable. The staff don't particularly go out of their way to assist you and weren't very helpful on a number of occasions. frustrating
