No fresh air at all on carriage also the same situation in the room. The ventilation works very badly. The problem with hot water was present, so sometimes it was and sometimes it’s just disappeared and only cold water was. The screen for your room for two spaces was just absent. The kettle was smell like some chemical was just added before we came and also it was plugged off so we should try to find how to plug it in and it’s not possible so we just place it near the table. But personal was very friendly for finding how to order the food in the evening.

1. Coffee sachet was not top up the second day and after. 2. Paper cups not provided second day and used glass cup but not washed. We had to buy sponge and soap to wash ownself.

There was an odor in the toilets and bathroom. And the breakfast was poor.
