I booked for 4 days and 3 nights stay. It was my first time in Berlin. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised of how well located the hotel was . Everything was in proximity , the public transport , restaurants , bar , supermarkets.

Good location but room needs attention

Shower gel was almost empty and watery, hand soap was thicker as you would expect the soap to be. I asked for this to be replaced. But obviously no good when you've started your shower. Shower drain blocked? We had to remove the drain cover to stop water flooding the bathroom. We reported this. Bathroom extractor fan didn't seem to work, just buzzing sound. Skirting coming away from walls in two places. Liquid splats on the walls. Walls dirty in few places. Bedsheet had a hole in it. Smart TV lacks smart features as it's old. E.g. casting to it. Drink prices in reception chiller cost more than restaurants! I understand it's priced for convenience. WiFi was good! Reception staff always friendly. I have photos of the room I can send.

Really nice stay overall

Check in process was seamless and the room was comfortable enough. Location was simply superb. On the downside, the bed's wood structure was severely broken and we were offered no solution or room change. Therefore, sleeping for 6 nights straight on a broken bed was far from comfortable. No rest for the guests, I guess
