I stayed in this property for two nights and must say the location was good. The rooms were comfortable and clean If you expect something fancy this isn’t the place but for basic stay and great location I would give it a 5 star! All in all a comfortable 2N stay

Location, location, location. Just a short walk or two-stop tram ride from central station takes you to a bright and contemporary hotel run by a polished and professional staff. A five-minute walk takes you to Grote Markt, where you will find a large beer-garden-style square flanked by a host of pubs that offer great food at reasonable prices. (Vavoom, the only tiki bar in the Netherlands, is my favorite.) A pedestrian/bike-friendly mall lined with dozens of shops, grocery stores, and cafes is just steps away, as is a compact Chinatown for more dining choices. Inside the hotel, a well-managed breakfast room offers a variety of hot and cold dishes to get your day jump-started. Additional food is available during the day and evening as is a well-stocked and serviced bar. Guest rooms are good-sized with comfortable beds and well maintained. Shout-out to housekeeper Stefanie for her upbeat spirit. A special shout-out, also, to lively front-desk staffers Shakely and Suzanne and others whose names I did not get for helping me with my reservation when it needed to be adjusted. My first visit to The Hague and Ibis City Centre will not be my last.

The room was very clean and comfortable. There were only two things that were slightly annoying. The shower gel in the bathroom was completely empty on arrival. The second was the online ammenities and information was either incorrect or out of date. The WhatsApp number to contact reception was not manned so my messages were left on read, also the restaurant opening times were different to what was advertised. Slightly annoying when the website/poster in the elevator says it closes at 2200 and the bartender says it actually closed at 1900. But overall staff was very friendly and helpful in person and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again
