I stayed here for two nights we booked a deluxe room I am a Accor member The checking was good the room was well appointed we did not take the breakfast deal up What I has a problem with was on the 2nd morning I notice the bed hadn't been made properly and when I pulled back to expose the mattresses it was stained and dirty I went down to front desk staff showed them the pics there was no opology and just that they would get house keeping on to it I said that mattress should have changed long ago they had no response and a no care attitude

Clean,staff arrogant not warm .Given direction that got us lost as a staff member told us to go right when it was left a map would help.No clean room card on arrival so issues getting room cleaned.Not accor standard mean with water supply.Overall could be lots better.
