Great location, accommodation and service. Very family friendly as well with a kids corner next to the restaurant and a cinema with popcorn service :) Also special thanks to Piotr who helped us with all the luggage on our check-out and way to the taxi.

Laud renovation ongoing - avoid this hotel for next months

1. Checkin - lady said we booked you low floor but you will be away from renovation (lie), renovation was just next floor 2. Renovation very laud till 17:00 and later it was still ongoing (paining and some not very laud but still annoying hammer work) - it was impossible to have a rest in a room during the day at all 3. I complained but no room change was offered 4. food at the restaurant - expensive but very tasty :) 5. Rooms - have no Wardrobes makes it not suitable for staining more than 2 days if you are pack of two 6, Room service - very good

Whilst this hotel is in a great central place within Warsaw and right next to a Metro entrance, it is quite an old hotel, built in the 1970's. The hotel is busy, with 33 floors. I stayed in a room on the 28th floor and whilst the room was nice, the bathroom was a little tight, however even with the window closed I could still hear the traffic and tram noise and for that reason I rated it average. The bar area was nice and the staff very friendly and they provided great service. Late Sunday afternoon I ordered some food in the bar area, a Caesar salad and Rome Pizza. These were both very tasty.
