Best way to describe it is contractor hotel or hostel. Corridors disgusting, rooms very basic, mattresses none existent and windows dont shut properly. Please unless you have no other option pkease dont go. Was assured rooms are thoroughly cleaned because they allow dogs they are not please please go elsewhere

I made a mistake in booking a twin instead of a double room but we were offered an exchange without a problem. The staff are always helpful and cheerful. The room did smell of a pet, the hairdryer didn’t work And the power point near the bed had a loose cover, apart from that we were looked after.

I mentioned that I was surprised that there was not a booklet/leaflet regarding useful numbers for taxis/ bus information or places of interest. I also Asked about bin in bedroom area for us to dispose of used tea/coffee milk containers. to all questions I was told "You have to remember this is a Budget Hotel. I stay in a very budget apartment in Skegness every year but these things are always available

Rooms are getting very tired for the accessible. Very drafty and cool. Also the television aeriel needs repairing so that you can view all channels without having to have the draw open. It was requested at the start of our stay to be repaired but nothing happened. Should we attend the reason for our visit again next year we would hope that some works would have been carried out to make it a much for comfortable stay in the accessible room that we always request. The hotel is not responsible for noisy residents who don't seem to concern themselves with keeping others awake with noise and door banging.
