I always enjoy staying here as the rooms are clean and having access to the Club Lounge makes my stay more relaxing. The rooms are clean and the bed is very comfortable.

Great Location, Room Good, Amenities Terrible

This has always been our go to hotel when we visit Melbourne but sadly no more!! We always dine in the restaurant at least once during our stay. When I enquired about booking a table I was informed that the restaurant was no longer open for dinner AT ALL and that if we wanted to dine in the evening from Tuesday to Saturday, the only option was the roof top bar which served wood fired pizzas. We found the bar area a cold and unwelcoming space offering only high tables and stools. This is totally unacceptable for a hotel of this standard and price point. We had breakfast in the dining room on both mornings and found it chaotic. On the second morning there was a mistake on both the food and beverage order! Whilst the service was not rude it was very abrupt.
