This is more of a budget hotel as the facilities are a little limited. For example the breakfast room is very small thereby limiting the range of food options available. Having said that this hotel has much to offer. It is comfortable and superbly located being near to the lake, old town and railway station. The biggest plus however are the staff - friendly, helpful and supportive. When we were due to leave our pre booked taxi (through Booking,com) failed to arrive but they managed to get us a replacement within a matter of minutes. They spoke excellent English and tolerated my abysmal attempts at French. I can recommend it.

The hotel is located near the train station, underground public carpark and main attractions. There was a supermarket within a short walk from the hotel as well. The hotel has a lift/elevator, which made moving of luggage easy. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful too. The rooms were very clean and the bedding was great! Basic toiletries and amenities (eg shower gel, towels, kettle & TV) were available as well. Overall, we had a pleasant stay with the hotel!

The rooms were recently refurbished but circulation areas were very restricted due to ongoing work. Check in was not great. No recognition was made of the fact that the normal services were reduced so, that was disappointing. Overall it was a reasonable experience

This hotel is perfectly located on the edge of the old town. Our room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent , with a great choice of local produce. Although we had a small issue during our stay, the matter was dealt with swiftly and professionally. All the staff were a credit to the hotel, but a special mention goes to a lovely lady called Florence, who was exceptional and very attentive. I would recommend this hotel and would like to return

Horrible room bathroom mirror hanging off wall Booked because website stated hotel had parking, it doesn’t it has an arrangement with public car park 250 meters away, unsecured parking and not convenient also only discounted so had to pay extra to exit the car park. No facilities at the hotel to speak of and you certainly would not want to be in the grim room. Very disappointed and as an Accor member and regular user of the groups hotels quite shocked.
