Check in machine printed ticket with room number and code of a room that was already occupied by other guests. Nobody at the reception and had to book another room with my creditcard. Next morning reception guy said that money back is no option. He promised to send a voucher but didn't do this. Terrible customer service, an absolute disgrace. Shame on you Accor!

This is by far the worst hotel experience I have ever had. This incident occurred in October 2020. We arrived late at night and got our rooms (numbers and codes) When we went to our rooms it smelled like someone was smoking weed. We had booked three rooms for the night. One could not open with the code we got, one could not lock the door and one was already occupied. I went to the front desk to get it sorted out, but the person who checked us in had left for the night. So without ever having used the rooms we left the ‘hotel’. I wrote a complaint and asked for our money back. It was a matter of €120. It took 20 mails over a period of 2 years before I finally got a refund.
