Kind of prison

Terrible. Not possible to open the window. I asked the receptionist and he refused to open it. I left the hotel and I was refused a refund. I could not find another hotel and I had to come back and spend the night in a kind of prison. It is the second time it happened to me in an Accor hotel. It happened to me about a year ago in Ibis budget in Perpignan. I will never come back to an Accor hotel UNLESS I am guaranteed I can open the window to breath.
