The location was great, close to tram stop. The room was small but modern, but it was very smelly. The receptionist didn’t speek english, so I couldn't complain locally.

Nous sommes ravis d'apprendre que vous avez apprécié l'emplacement de l'hôtel, à proximité de l'arrêt de tramway. C'est un atout indéniable pour explorer la ville. Nous tenons toutefois à vous présenter nos excuses les plus sincères pour l'odeur désagréable que vous avez rencontrée dans votre chambre. Cela ne correspond absolument pas aux standards de propreté que nous nous efforçons de maintenir. Nous aimerions comprendre l'origine du problème afin d'y remédier et d'éviter qu'il ne se reproduise. En ce qui concerne la langue, nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que la réceptionniste ne parlait pas anglais lors de votre séjour. Nous comprenons la frustration que cela a pu vous causer et nous tenons à vous assurer que la plupart de notre personnel possède des notions d'anglais. Nous espérons que vous nous donnerez une autre chance de vous démontrer notre engagement envers votre satisfaction lors d'un prochain voyage.

The room was a bit smelly, but if you're on a budget and stay for the weekend, it's okay. However it is necessary to bring your own towel and shampoo. I'd also recommend some slippers!

We had the private room with bathroom. The room was very small, no room for any luggage or standing in the room.. you can only lay in bed. Also there was a lot of mould in the ventilation system in the bathroom and the whole room smelled horrible. The was a big stain on the sheets too. For breakfast there is only cheap bread and sweet stuff (marmalade and Nutella). We didn't pay much, and I guess all you could expect for that price. Location is okay as it has free parking and with the tram that goes every 15 min. you're in the city center quite fast.

Almost clean room but the blanket was not clean and more importantly there was not any washing liquid (soap)!!!
