The best location and rates were reasonable. Only thing I noticed was the girl at the reception that’s handling the Accorplus member’s check in wasn’t so friendly. She doesn’t seemed to be pleased when I ask her a question. Didn’t explain normal stuff during check in and doesn't even smile. Not that it matters so much to me but she should be more approachable to guests. Overall it was a good stay. I’ll definitely stay there again.

We were treated very badly by two staff members, once at breakfast where a lady shouted at us when we asked for more crepes close to breakfast closing. At checkout the Zi mentioned our dissatisfaction to the gentleman at the counter and he said that is our problem!!! They did not replenish the products as we were on the privilege floor, air conditioning not working, etc. worst is the rude, disengaged staff. Completely unacceptable as it spoiled our family trip to Paris
