After not having visited Sydney in over 10 years, it's good to know that the Mercure can be relied on to deliver a consistently seamless accommodation experience. From check-in to exit everything worked very well. Super friendly front desk staff (at all hours of the day!), clean, tidy and comfortable room along with a very acceptable breakfast buffet mean that I will choose this property for any subsequent visit to Sydney.

Submitted a price guarantee request two weeks before arriving. Never received a response. Got to the hotel and they gave me a "special email" that would directly respond. 1 week later Still no response. They charged me a higher rate than their price guarantee. My door was also locked to the point they had to get lock smith to open/close my door. I am reconsidering any future travel with Accor because of this
