Current guest.Gold status with Accor. Room not ready on arrival. Had to approach concierge to get Duty Manager. Welcome amenity had to be requested. Carpet in room is lifting in a few places. While they claim you can 'screen mirror's it doesn't work for Netflix or Prime Video and with YouTube it times out every 15 minutes. I've never ever said this .. but DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL

We enjoyed our stay at Mercure Sydney. Coming from a long flight we were able to check in early and that meant we were able to rest and relax. Staff were very helpful and our room was clean and cozy. Great location too. We would definitely stay again when in Sydney. Highly recommended!

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Check in was streamlined. Our room was extremely comfortable and the view was stunning. The food at Eves Bar was delicious. The location is fantastic, so close to Central. The concierge was very helpful storing our bags when our cruise was delayed. We also appreciated the late check out.

Was checked in early by Chad who was incredibly nice and welcoming. Was given a comp upgrade to the city view which was a large room with a big window (with block out curtains,, a very nice touch for the city). The bathroom was very spacious and clean, and the ability to change the lighting colour in the room was so cool! The location is very convenient, right near central. The bar next to the lobby was easily accessible and the staff were friendly. Overall was very happy with this stay and will definitely be returning! Thank you to the staff for making it so enjoyable.
