Was not given the room type that I booked

Dear Alun R., we apologize for the inconvenience regarding your room type. There have been repeated problems with room 332 (MyRoom by Cagla: 1001 Nights) in the past. Parts of the decoration were stolen, misused or destroyed. Cagla still works for us, but we found that the effort to prepare this room as described was no longer worth it and with a heavy heart we decided to no longer sell the room as a MyRoom, but as a “normal one”. " Room. In the future, this room will no longer be bookable as such a room. Unfortunately, we are still waiting for the IT service to provide input. We kindly ask for your understanding.
