This is tge worst hotel I havw ever stayed in. The receptionist was brusque & unhelpful. No tea/ coffee in the room, the breakfadt was overpriced €18 all inclusive( I only wanted tea & toast) I rang before we arrived to check if there wad food at 9pm and was told good was 24/7. When we got there was told there was no food!

I recently stayed at your Frankfurt Centrum location twice, five nights each time. The location was great--close to the central train station as well as the Main River and close to many museums. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating throughout, the rooms were clean and quiet! I'll return to Ibis Centrum when I next visit Frankfurt.

Lift was not available for the room provided. I being senior citizen had to carry my luggage through the staircase. Light started flickering in the room but was not repaired throughout my stay

Well located but small, hot room

Was OK but not the best stay. Room was too hot and airco was centrally disabled. Room was also very small. Breakfast was OK, cereal choice was limited, juices tasted like they were made from powder. No 'real' coffee, just machines.

3 of us stayed here for 2 nights and were satisfied with our stay. It was clean and the staff were friendly. The only thing that I would say to make the room better would be a mini fridge.
