Extremely basic for the price compared with IBIS Ho Chi Minh where TV worked, WIFI was automatically connected, there was a safe, a fridge, and a bar to make hot drink!

Upon arrival I felt my welcome by the front staff was underwhelming at best. This was an overnight stay for a flight in the morning. It was late and I was tired after traveling by train from Frejus to Paris. The young man and woman did not smile or greet me as you would expect from the front desk staff, which in my opinion is unfortunate. Otherwise, the room was neat and clean and satisfactory.

It was ok. Nothing special but then that’s what I paid for. I would encourage some of the staff to improve their knowledge of the hotel and also their English. I know this was France but my French is inadequate and some of them did not have sufficient English to easily understand me.

Very expensive for the quality of the room and services available. Room was tiny with a bare minimum, not even a closet. Shower door let water run all over the floor. No room service. In-hotel restaurants are correct, with enthusiastic service, but at the Italian restaurant, one of our party was served while the other waited another 15 minutes. As a result, the first person's food was cold and the other person was very tired and hungry.
