Clean, organised hotel with comfortable beds. 10min walk to nearest train station. Buffet in the hotel restaurant was great. Free mini bar items was appreciated. Only suggestion is to provide some milk for making tea and coffee in the rooms (there was a sachet of dehydrated creamer inatead). Enjoyed our stay, thank you.

These touches are part of our commitment to deliver a memorable experience for our guests. However, we regret that the in-room tea and coffee making facilities did not fully meet your expectations. Overall, the ambience of the hotel is good. Customer service was great. Apart from breakfast which was very nice, I wasn't so impressed with other meals.

The room was cold at night, the heater couldn't be adjusted. It seemed auto-set at 21.9 °C Wait time for the elevator, especially in the mornings was long.
