The hotel was easy to find and in a nice area, pretty close to the main tourist area. There is a convenient parking lot on the property (extra charge), and the hotel itself was pretty luxurious and clean. The workers spoke good English and were all very helpful and friendly. Our room was very clean, beautifully decorated, and the sofa bed was already made up for our two little ones. The restaurant buffet was simple but had a nice selection and was quite tasty. Highly recommend this hotel.

There was a fire alarm during the night - at the end of the stair case in the middle the emergency door to the outside (left side on ground floor, right side is a door to the lobby) was locked (!!!) and there was a huge queue in front. In case of a real emergency there would be a mass panic. This needs to be fixed urgently.

It was OK stay. However I have been a regular customer of Novotel (no matter which country it is) But when it comes to “Rotterdam Brainpark “, I’m not that satisfied. Service could have been much better. When I called the reception first day of checkin for some cups and tissues it took lot of time and I had to wait until I make another call. Although it’s a small thing, I never experienced this in any Novotel! Breakfast was good as usual, but finding a place was difficult. Bizarre!!!
