We stayed here en route to Switzerland. The hotel staff very helpful. The menu lacked choice and would have been useful printed in other languages. Room was adequate but not overly big. Nice touch to gave water/coffee/pastries in reception during the day.

Booked on accor .com., checked in through accor.com , we reached there by 1500 . There was no one at reception desk for 15 - 20 minutes . Very kind house keeper working in restaurant was running up and down to find the reception staff . Then there was no WiFi for long time . I have stayed here before . It's really good most of the time . But I find this experience strange

What to say, the staff was amazing, welcoming and super flexible. We stayed 2 nights and because we said our rooms didn’t need to be cleaned they offered each of us a free drink at the bar. The restaurant was also really good. The location of the hotel was super convenient, not even 10 mins from the highway and the center of Colmar.
